Benta quality control laboratories conduct a wide range of physico-chemical and microbiological testing activities. Our laboratories ensure that the product is tested through all its processing stages starting from raw materials up to the finished products. This is made possible by the availability of advanced equipments and competent qualified analysts. Equipments used in the physico-chemical section include but are not limited to: - High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). - UV visible spectrophotometer. - Dissolution, disintegration, and tablet hardness tester. - Several range of balances. - Fully automated Karl fischer titrator. The microbiology section is equipped with a steam sterilizer, incubators, biological safety cabinets, and bacterial colony counter. Annexes to the laboratory are the stability rooms, one for accelerated stability studies and the other for long term stability studies both equipped with network monitoring and alarm system. These facilities are essential for establishing product shelf life and proper storage conditions that ensure product safety and efficacy. |
