Beirut Arab University and BPI collaborates for the benefit of BAU students

Benta Pharma Industries (BPI) signed an academic agreement for pharmacy students’ training and development in collaboration with the Beirut Arab University (BAU).


Dr. Abdalla Ellakany, Dean of BAU’s school of pharmacy and Mr. Bernard Tannoury, CEO & Chairman of BPI signed the cooperation agreement at BPI headquarters in presence of an audience of diplomatic and academic authorities.


Dr. Ellakany said that this agreement will provide the BAU pharmacy students with trainings about the latest technologies in the pharmaceutical industry in addition to boosting their skills and capabilities in industrial pharmacy.


Mr. Tannoury stressed that BPI will open its internationally certified facilities to offer an advanced practical experience and supervised training to the BAU Students.


The BAU academic agreement signed with BPI is the third of its kind; BPI already signed two academic cooperation agreements with the Lebanese University and the Lebanese American University. BPI looks forward to creating Lebanon’s next generation of pharmaceutical professionals.
